Most simple and delicious fruity treat without added sugar or fat. Charms any brunch table and is the perfect healthy and nutritional snack during the day. Variate the treat by adding any seasonal berries or fruits to the mix.
Made homelike in 26 diameter round pie dish, serves 10 portions. Alternatively can also be made in a springform baking tin if served as a fancier cake.
Total preparation time 30 minutes.
2 ripen bananas
70g coconut flakes
1 teaspoon cardamom
1 teaspoon cinnamon
pinch of salt
3 pears / 3 apples / 250g berries
Smash the bananas with fork.
Add all the other ingredients and mix. Save some fruits to the top if wanted.
Press the mix smoothly to the oiled pie dish. Place the fruits on top.
Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes in 200 degrees until the surfaces gets golden in color.
