The ultimate moist and sweet banana bread. My favorite naturally gluten free bread all time. Queen of any brunch table leaving never leftovers.
Made in one bread baking tin.
Total preparation time 50 minutes.
6 ripen bananas
100g almond flour
100g oat flour
1 teaspoon vanilla seeds
pinch of salt, cardamom and cinnamon
Mix all the ingredients in a blender. Save one banana on top
Pour the mix into well oiled tin.
Slide the banana and place on top.
Bake in 200 degrees about 35 minutes until the surface is golden brown.
