Banana Ice Cream Raw Cake


Super sweet banana ice cream cake is perfect semi frozen treat.

Made in super small 10 cm diameter springform baking tin, perfect for 3 small portions.

Total preparation time 2 hours 20 minutes, of which 20 minutes active.



Banana Ice Cream Cake


100g dried dates

70g walnuts

1 tablespoon lemon juice

2 tablespoons raw cocoa powder

½ ripen banana

pinch of salt


2 ripen bananas

130g walnuts

2 tablespoons lemon juice

2 teaspoon honey

1 teaspoon vanilla seeds

pinch of salt


Blend the crust ingredients in a blender.

Spread the crust smoothly to the tin, cover the sides as well.

Blend the filling ingredients in a blender.

Add the filling inside the crust.

Freeze 2 hours, until firm.

Let the cake melt a bit before serving.
