Banana Pancakes


Simply delicious pancake. This pancake does not necessary require anything else with it. Perfect slow breakfast food.

Made in frying pan, serves 8 portions.

Total preparation time 30 minutes.

Banana Pancake

3 bananas

3 eggs

110g oat flour

pinch of salt, cardamom and cinnamon

1 teaspoon vanilla seeds


Mix all the ingredients in a blender.

Fry on a pan with oil.
