Flavorful curry with lot of vegetables and protein rich tempe. Sweet and savory curry sauce gets almost too addictive to stop.
Made in large and deep frying pan, serves 4 portions.
Total preparation time 30 minutes.
3 garlic cloves
1 small cauliflower
3 tablespoons hot curry spice
pinch of cardamom, lemongrass, ginger, and black pepper
500g tomato puree
150g coconut cream
1 tablespoon soy sauce
Chop the vegetables and tempe.
Add to the pan with spices and cook until it gets color.
Add tomato puree, coconut cream, yoghurt, raisins, and soy sauce.
Let it cook for few minutes in low temperature.
Add fresh coriander on top.
