Filling treat made of super healthy chia seeds. Let the seeds soak and swell and enjoy fridge cold with berries or fruits.

Total preparation time 1 hour 15 minutes, of which active 15 minutes.
400g coconut milk
50g chia seeds
2 tablespoons juice of lemon
pinch of salt, cardamom and cinnamon
1 ripen banana / pear
Mix chia seeds, coconut milk, and spices in a bowl.
Let it soak 1 hour in room temperature or leave it to the fridge over night.
Smash the banana/pear with fork.
Add banana/pear to the mix.
Serve fridge cold.
