Chocolaty Fruit Raw Cake
3 ripen bananas
250g dried dates
1 teaspoon vanilla seeds
3 tablespoons raw cocoa powder
pinch of salt
200g oat flour
60g coconut flakes
Mix all the ingredients in a blender, add oat flour and coconut flakes last.
Pour and press firmly the mix into a oiled springform tin.
Freeze 2 hours until firm enough to get from the tin.
Slice and place kiwi and peach on top before serving.
