Lentil Pasta Curry


Addictive and flavorful dish meets sweet and savory. Can have numerous variations by changing the vegetables and spices. Easiest and fastest every day dish that never leaves left overs.

Made in large and deep frying pan, serves 4 portions.

Total preparation time 30 minutes.

Lentil Pasta Curry

2 onions

3 garlic cloves

1 chili

250g broccoli

2 pears

3 tablespoons hot curry spice

pinch of cardamom, lemongrass, and black pepper

500g tomato puree

150g coconut cream

1 tablespoon tahini

1 tablespoon soy sauce

125g red lentil pasta


Chop the vegetables and fruits.

Add to the pan with spices and cook until soft.

Add tomato puree, coconut cream, tahini, and soy sauce.

Boil the lentil pasta in the water.

Add the pasta to the curry.

Let it cook for few minutes in low temperature.
