Total preparation time 25 minutes.
1 ripen banana
35g coconut flakes
pinch of vanilla seeds, cinnamon, and cardamom
pinch of salt
Smash the bananas with fork.
Add all the other ingredients and mix.
Press to small cookies on a baking tray with baking paper.
Bake 10 minutes in 200 degrees until golden in color.
