Oatmeal Flatbreads


Crispy outside but soft inside. Most delicious when eaten hot with butter or guacamole. If you want a fully soft flatbread store it for a while in a plastic bag and let it rest until the bred is fully soft. Basically you only need two ingredients to make it and its naturally gluten free.

Made in baking tray, serves 6 small round shape flatbreads.

Total preparation time 15 minutes.

Oatmeal Flatbread

150g oatmeal

300g quark / yoghurt

(pinch of salt)


Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.

Divide the dough in 6 parts.

Spread each part smoothly with a knife on a baking tray covered with baking paper.

Add oat meal on top and press smooth if sticky.

Bake in 250 degrees for 7-10 minutes until golden in color.
