Potato Pizza

Amazingly soft pizza crust made from potatoes and yoghurt that will surprise you whit its’ taste. No need to knead the dough or wait it to rise. Addictive recipe that you will definitely do again.

Made in baking tray, serves 1 big or 2 small pizzas.

Total preparation time 30 minutes.

Potato Pizza

Dough

550g boiled potatoes (≈ 5 potatoes)

300g yoghurt

pinch of salt, black pepper, and ground pepper

Filling

60g tomato sauce

100g freezed spimach

150g blue cheese

Dressing

½ small garlic clove

2 tablespoons oil

2 tablespoons lemon juice

pinch of black pepper and salt

Instructions

Peel the boiled potatoes.

Blend all the dough ingredients with hand blender.

Spread the dough with knife on baking try with baking paper.

Spread the tomato sauce on top of the dough.

Add spinach and blue cheese on top.

Bake in the oven for 10 minutes in 250 degrees.

Chop the garlic and mix all the dressing ingredients.

Add the dressing on top of the baked pizza.
