50g chia seeds
0.4 liters water
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 ripen banana
50g coconut cream
pinch of saltand vanilla seeds
Mix oatmeal, chia seeds, water, and spices in a bowl.
Let it soak 1 hour in room temperature or leave it to the fridge over night.
Smash the banana.
Add banana and coconut cream.
Serve fridge cold.
