Crispy and addictive crispbread made from seeds and oat porridge is full of nutrition.

Total preparation time 1h 30 minutes.
0.5 liters water
1 tablespoon olive oil
pinch of salt
Boil the water in pan and add the oat meal. Boil in low temperature until it becomes porridge.
Add and mix all the other ingredients to the porridge.
Spread smoothly on to two baking trays with baking paper.
Cut the crispbread portions with knife.
Bake in 175 degrees for 1 hour until the bread gets golden in color.
