Veggie Curry



Sweet vegetable curry that can be variated changing the veggies by season. Super easy and fast to prepare.

Made in deeper cooking pan, serves 4 portions.

Total cooking time 30 minutes.

Veggie Curry

2 onions

4 garlic cloves

1 pepper

2 pears

1 apple

1 chili

200g frozen spinach

3 tablespoons hot curry spice

pinch of cardamom, cinnamon, ginger, and black pepper

1 tablespoon say sauce

500 g tomato puree

250g yoghurt

25g peanut butter

150g feta cheese

100g oatmeal

1 tablespoon soy sauce


Chop the vegetables and fruits.

Add to the pan with spices and frozen spinach and cook until soft.

Add tomato puree, yoghurt, peanut butter, chopped feta, oatmeal, and soy sauce.

Let it cook for few minutes.
